Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumira ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. The Service

Lumira provides AI-powered image and video generation tools via a credit-based system. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without refund.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in packs and deducted per generation based on the model used.
• Credits do not expire.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment details.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lumira to generate:

• Content that is illegal under Indian law
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
• Content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context
• Deepfakes intended to deceive or harm real individuals
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Spam, malware, or content designed to defraud

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund and reporting to law enforcement under the IT Act, 2000.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using Lumira, subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms. Lumira retains all rights to its platform, interface, and proprietary technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific generation quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Lumira's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination unless required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting support@lumira.thequickai.com first.
