Refund Policy

Our Refund Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with Lumira. This policy outlines when refunds apply and how to request one.

1. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a platform error or API issue, the credits deducted for that generation are automatically refunded to your account balance. This happens in real time — no manual request needed.

2. Credit Pack Purchases

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged but no credits were added to your account (payment processing error)
  • You were double-charged for the same order
  • The Service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 continuous hours after your purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@lumira.thequickai.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay payment ID (from your email receipt)
  • Brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. Valid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits partially or fully used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (results vary by prompt and model)
  • Account terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you believe you have a valid consumer complaint, you may also contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
