Lumira ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered image and video generation platform operated in India. Our platform is accessible at lumira.thequickai.com. By using Lumira, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

- Account data: Email address and password (hashed) when you sign up. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your email and display name from Google.
- Usage data: Prompts you submit, models you use, generation history, and credit balance.
- Payment data: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We store only the order ID and credit amount — never your card or UPI details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the Lumira service
- To manage your account, credits, and generation history
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- To comply with applicable Indian laws
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HTTPS, and row-level security on our database. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
5. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
- Kie.ai — AI generation API (prompts are processed by Kie.ai's systems)
- Google — optional OAuth login

Under DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
